Your assigned technician, will confirm via text or email the day of your appointment between 8:00am and 10:00am and provide a two-hour window for their expected arrival. Please note our office staff won’t have this information, so we appreciate your patience.

Although this information is not required to book your appointment, providing it will help our technicians be better prepared. Please send us the following:

• A photo of the model/serial tag located on the appliance.
• Any photos or videos you think would be helpful for the technician to review.

TLDR T&C:

• If you need to cancel, make sure to do so before 12:00pm on the business day before your appointment to avoid a $95.00 cancellation fee.
• We offer a 60-day workmanship guarantee and a 90-day parts warranty.
• All parts will be direct shipped to the service location. If you are unable to receive shipments at that location, please provide us an alternative location. We are not able to accept shipments to our office at this time.
• *If you choose to pay via EMT, please note that we cannot issue refunds. If you require a refund and are paying by EMT, the amount will be credited to your account for future use.
